I would know. I am big fan of her and her otome games. That icon is Scorpio, a character from the games an animes.
Oh, but that isn't true. That art is by Kazuaki, artist of Starry Sky. She never had a Deviantart account.
Then whoever I got the image from was stealing art from her.
